CSD has two (4) 16-needle single-head embroidery machines that are truly state of the art. From hats, to bags, to jackets and shirts and everything in-between the capabilities are endless for us to embroider your logo onto a product. We also offer over 350 thread colors that will surely meet those tricky logo requirements or simply it just needs to look right to catch the next person's eye. We at CSD do all of our own digitizing in house to eliminate extra costs as well as making sure that what we are embroidering is digitized to the highest detail and quality for perfection on the product it is being applied to.

Unlike traditional screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing truly has raised the bar for customized textile decorating. From single color prints to complex gradient prints, DTG printing is more than capable of handling the job and will certainly impress the customer. Direct-to-garment printing is quite unique in the fact that the ink used is water-based which allows the ink to adhere to the fibers in a way that can almost eliminate cracking, peeling and fading. Once the ink adheres to the fiber it now becomes apart of the shirt so it is not bulky or stiff like screen printing. The coolest thing is that we can print full-color images without any hesitations. Essentially we can take an image off of a camera and print it on a favorite shirt and it will not look any different than that on the camera.

CSD is proud to offer the option of vinyl graphics and signage for any project small or big. We have a 64" printer/plotter system that is all-in-one helping to create a seamless workflow when it comes to die-cut stickers or simple perforating jobs for vehicle wraps. Our printer is a dual CMYK setup with added orange ink (one of the first of its kind). This printer will create stickers, wraps, banners, heat transfers, magnets and posters.

Laser engraving is very new to us here at CSD. We started out with the intention to engrave on drink ware, but that has since expanded into engraving wood and other types of substrates. We are still learning as we continue to do more with our machine and ultimately hope to offer more in the future.

We have added a second printing technique! Direct-to film (DTF) printing is a quicker and more vibrant way to show off any design on any piece of material. We still find it to do the same job as DTG with complex gradients but it seems to be a little more vibrant. Direct-to-film adheres to the shirt differently than DTG and Screen Printing, it is not bulky and stiff like screen printing but it is still soft like DTG.

Sublimation is a whole new decorating method that unlocks the opportunities to be able to display custom designs or graphics on hard substrates and certain textile products. This process involves printing on a special type of paper (sublimation specific) in a CMYK printer that when applied with heat under a heat press, the ink transfers to the substrate in a permeable gas form. Once the transfer is complete the design or graphic will then be permanent to the substrate it was applied to.
